赵凡,1996年8月出生,山西省忻州市人,汉族,中共党员,讲师,博士。2017年6月于重庆邮电大学信息与计算科学专业本科毕业,2020年6月于重庆邮电大学系统科学专业硕士研究生毕业,2025年6月于重庆邮电大学计算机科学与技术专业博士研究生毕业。在IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、计算机学报等期刊发表学术论文数篇。
